I’ll admit, I was initially skeptical about the sheer number of 5-star reviews this company had - as moving companies often nudge customers toward glowing ratings - but my first interaction with Vlad from HQ quickly eased my doubts. The professionalism over the phone and the clarity of their terms were already a strong start.
What followed genuinely exceeded every expectation. My experience with Déménagement Total was so exceptional it made me rethink the 5-star reviews I’ve given on Google Maps to other movers in the past. This company absolutely blew me away!!!
Alexei and Silvio arrived precisely on time despite difficult road conditions, and they worked with an intensity and consistency I’ve never seen in a moving crew. They pushed through a 10-hour move without slowing down or even taking a proper break. Every step was coordinated, deliberate, and carried out with remarkable care for our belongings… far beyond anything I’ve experienced before!!
What an outstanding service from start to finish. I highly recommend Déménagement Total as a company and want to extend special recognition to Alexei and Silvio for their exceptional professionalism and work ethic.
